Where do you operate?
We operate in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Expanding to the Tri-State area in the coming months.
What are your hours of operation?
Our therapists see patients from 7 am to 8 pm – 6 days a week – but you can schedule all upcoming appointments through our App.
How do you choose the right therapist?
Look for experience, specialized treatments, read reviews and bio’s for a better understanding. Commonalities help. If you would rather us chose for you, we’ll select the best-suited therapist available on the information provided.
How will I be treated?
Depending on your condition and treatment plan, we will utilize a multitude of treatments including, but not limited to, soft-tissue mobilization, sports massage, deep-tissue massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), functional mobility training, therapeutic exercise, strength training, manual stretching, activity modulation, as well as modalities like electrical stimulation.
How do I know I can trust the therapist?
We only hire fully licensed physical therapists with years of experience. All of our therapists are internally vetted and approved by our management team. Our hiring process contains a thorough check of their schooling, past experience and a face-to-face interview, so we only hire experienced professionals that we approve.
How much does a session cost?
Each session is a flat-rate fee of $149. Payment is made online and through the app. Office payments are also accepted.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Situations vary but We recommend 3 hours advance notice to ensure that we can fulfill your request.
Can I rebook with the same therapist?
Yes, of course you can. Go online or use the app to schedule your next appointment. We are Physical Therapy on Demand, how could we not.
Can I visit my therapist at your location?
Yes, you can make an appointment to see your therapist at our Midtown location when needed. We provide a full gym fitted with locker rooms, showers for that intense session.
Where are you located?
We are located conveniently in Midtown Manhattan, on the corner of Lexington Avenue and 55th Street.
What transportation is best?
Subway stations at Lexington Avenue and 53rd and 59th Street provide easy access that’s only a short walk from both. Buses run down Lexington Avenue and up along Madison Avenue for convenience. Parking is right next door!
Do you accept insurance?
We are out of network for all insurance companies; however, we will provide you with an invoice, itemizing the care provided to you. If your insurance company provides out-of-network benefits, you may qualify for partial or complete reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
How long is each treatment?
Each treatment lasts for 55 minutes. Depending on the injury will determine the treatment plan though usually consists of a combination of manual treatment and exercise prescription.
Do I need a consultation first?
No, it isn’t necessary but is helpful if submitting for insurance reimbursements. But don’t worry, we work in a Network-of-Doctors, so scheduling appointments is seamless and easy.
How experienced are your physical therapists?
We only hire physical therapists with 3+ years in the industry and approved by the management team. So we like to think the best in the business.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule or cancel at any time online or through the app. However, a $50 fee applies if you cancel within 1 hour of a scheduled appointment. Please contact customer service at email@example.com if you need assistance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any schedule visit that is cancelled with less than 1 hour from visit remaining will have a cancellation fee of $50.
