Do you accept my insurance plan?
PACT GO Physical Therapy is out of Network with all insurance however, PACT GO Preferred Providers accept most major nsurance plans. Please call your preferred practitioner or PACT GO at your convenience and we can assist you in verifying your benefits.
Typically, insurance reimbursements take how long?
Depending on your provider, reimbursements can take as little as 2 weeks, though be sure to keep track of your submissions with your Insurance provider.
What kind of return can I expect?
Each and every Insurance plan is different, It’s best to call your provider for a more detailed understanding of your plans coverage.
Do I need a referral?
Typically a referral is not needed for physical therapy, but this can vary depending on your health insurance plan. Please give us a call and we can assist you in confirming the details of your coverage.
I am unable to find the physician referral I received. Do I need to bring it with me to get my health insurance to cover the services?
Keep your appointment, but please give PACT GO a call in advance so one of our Patient Relationship Coordinators can request a duplicate copy of your prescription for our records.
Can I use my HSA or Flex Spending for payment?
Yes. Coverage is plan dependent. PACT GO can provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance.
Can I pay online?
Absolutely, you can pay online, on the Phone Progressive Web App (PWA) or PACT GO App from the App Store.
